This event was a presentation on the medical HR and Employment Law issues associated with swine flu, after which the audience was divided into five groups for a facilitated discussion.

2. How to obtain the anti viral drugs – should companies be stock piling Tamiflu?
3. How are companies responding to the swine flu pandemic
4. Business continuity planning in light of pandemic
5. Role of HR in dealing with a pandemic:
- Having the right policies in place
- Employee communication
- Getting the business back on an even keel
