Description
Talent Management continues to be a key theme for City HR during 2010 as we explore how to attract and retain talent in the City.
Our February Member Forum will be a lively debate which examines recruitment trends over the past two years, the economic climate, the future of City recruitment and the measures that employers can take to ensure that top talent at both entry and mid career hire levels still see the City as an attractive proposition.
