Description
The growing trend for outsourcing has led many HR professionals to explore the business case for locating major customer and operational support centres overseas. The purpose of this programme is to help delegates to understand the legal and practical issues of relocating parts of the business outside the UK, strategies for making this work from a business and HR perspective and the legal, cultural and operational steps that must be in place to successfully effect this transition.

This will be a half day programme. Furthermore, HR will have a stronger understanding of employee communication and the management of “one team” spread in diverse locations.
