Terms

These terms apply to all event bookings and cancellations.

Payment Full payment in advance is required by cheque or BACS. Please make cheques payable to “City HR Association”
CancellationsCancellations must be received in writing and if made less than 3 weeks before the course date are subject to the following charges:

  • Notice given up to 7 days prior to event - 100% event cost payable
  • Notice given 8-14 days prior to event - 75% event cost payable
  • Notice given 15-21 days prior to event - 50% event cost payable
  • Credit notes will be issued where payment has already been received
Delegate substitutions Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time at no extra cost. Please e-mail your changes to info@cityhr.co.uk
